Please take the photographs in school uniform with any plain background. Avoid any kind of obstacles at the background of the student ( mirror , glass curtain, window , trees etc ).

Fill the details and attach the photograph and submit the form. Once the form is submitted, kindly have some patience and wait for the message to display ” Thankyou for your submission, we will contact you soon”.

Do avoid submission of same student’s details multiple times.
